Why do High Schools schools need to provide Leadership Development for senior students?
As students move into their senior years at High School they become the leaders at school whether they have a specifically leadership title or not. As such it is important for schools to ensure that these students are equipped with the skills and knowledge that will help them make a positive difference.
They will also be confronted with many more pressures at this senior level - the pressures of academic success, choosing a path for themselves after school, making good and healthy decisions for themselves and others, the expectation of being a role model at your school to the younger students as well as being able to represent your school with dignity, confidence and courage. As such the ability to lead themselves and others can make all the difference to how successful they are in managing and coping with these expectations.
You want your students to not only survive their senior years but to thrive and ready themselves for life beyond school. However, this doesn't just happen, it requires a thorough understanding of leadership and comprehensive development of leadership skills.
The content covered in this program is unique and unlike any other student leadership program out there. It's based on more than 25 years of international leadership development experience and over 15 years experience working in the area of student leadership specifically.
It's been designed to accelerate your student leaders' development to ensure they are making a positive difference at your school as soon as possible. It is ideal for teachers to use in the classroom, on school camp and retreats, or as an additional education resource for school leaders to do at home.
So help your students thrive in their senior years at school and help prepare them for life beyond school as well by subscribing today.
